The winner of each group will go straight through to the semi-finals. The second-placed team from each group will play the third-placed team from the other group and vice versa. The winner of these matches will then play each of the first place finishes in the semi-final.
Since seven spots are on offer for the IEM5 World Championship, the fourth-placed team in each group will also play off to decide who gets the final spot.
Like always the Intel Extreme Masters 5 European Championship Finals will feature a Dreamteam game for our users to play. This Dreamteam will be independent of the previous IEM Europe game so be sure to create your team and pick your players before the matches go live from Kiev on the 20th of January.
